Privacy Policy.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Project Ascension is an online women's fitness coaching business run by Dione Boryczewski, a sole trader based in Perth, Western Australia ("I", "me", "my"). Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal information I collect, why I collect it, and how I look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What I collect
Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:
• Your name, email address and Instagram handle, when you download a free guide or contact me.
• Your answers to my coaching application, such as your goals, training experience and availability.
• If you become a client: information you share during onboarding and weekly check-ins, such as your training history, nutrition, measurements, progress photos, and any injuries or health conditions you tell me about so I can coach you safely.
• Payment details, which are handled by a secure payment provider. I don't store your card details.
• Basic website data, such as pages visited and device type, collected through cookies and analytics.
Health information is sensitive. I only collect it with your consent and only use it to coach you.
How I use your information
• To send you the free guide you asked for.
• To review your coaching application and get in touch with you about it.
• To deliver your coaching: programs, nutrition targets, check-ins and support.
• To send you emails with tips, offers and updates, but only if you've agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• To improve my website, content and services.
I'll never sell or rent your personal information.
Who I share it with
To run my business, I use trusted third-party platforms for my website, forms, coaching delivery, video check-ins, email and payments. These providers store or process information on my behalf, and some of them are based overseas (for example, in the United States). I choose reputable providers and only share what's needed for them to provide their service.
I'll only share your information with anyone else if you've agreed, or if the law requires it.
Your client results
I'll only share your photos, results or testimonials publicly with your written permission, and I'll never use your full name unless you say I can.
How I keep it safe
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including password-protected accounts and only collecting what I need. I keep client information only for as long as I need it for coaching, my business records or the law, then delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, by emailing me. I'll respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
Questions or complaints
If you have a question or a concern about your privacy, email me at projectascension_@outlook.com and I'll do my best to sort it out. If you're not happy with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
